Offering six trim levels, the 2025 Toyota Sienna suits various preferences. Both the LE trim and XLE trim have 17-inch alloy wheels. While the LE trim has LED headlights and taillights and available black roof rails, the XLE trim has power sliding side doors and a sunroof. For a sportier look, the XSE trim features 20-inch dark wheels, a sport-tuned suspension, and a black sport mesh grille. The Woodland Edition is designed for adventure, offering all-wheel drive, black roof rails with crossbars, and special badging, while the Limited trim has chrome accents and 18-inch bright wheels. At the top of the range, the Platinum trim boasts 20-inch two-tone wheels, hands-free dual power sliding side doors, and a moonroof with sunshade.

The 2025 Toyota Sienna is powered by a 2.5-liter 16-valve engine with D-4S injection and dual VVT-i technology. This efficient powertrain delivers a combined net horsepower of 245, providing ample power for daily driving and long road trips. The engine is paired with an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission, ensuring smooth and responsive acceleration while optimizing fuel efficiency.
