Trim Levels of the 2024 Toyota Prius: The Icon of Hybrid Innovation

1. LE

Like every Prius trim, the LE is powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder hybrid system with a 222V lithium-ion battery. Front-wheel drive models produce 194 horsepower and achieve an EPA-estimated 57 MPG combined, while models equipped with Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel Drive create 196 horsepower and average 54 MPG combined. The air inside the LE’s cabin is kept clean and comfortable with a single-zone climate control system and pollen filter.

An 8-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen, located at the center of the LE’s dashboard, is easy to see at a glance. It controls audio and vehicle settings and connects with your compatible smartphone conveniently using wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. The LE also comes with 10 advanced safety and driver assistance technologies, including Safe Exit Alert, which monitors the sides and rear of your vehicle after you’ve parked and alerts you when a vehicle or bicycle is approaching.

2. XLE

For added comfort and convenience features, choose the XLE with 19-inch alloy wheels, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and Qi-compatible wireless smartphone charging. Its cabin and seats are upgraded with SofTex trim, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and a power-adjustable driver’s seat. The XLE’s front-wheel drive model averages 52 MPG, while its all-wheel drive version achieves 49 MPG combined.

To make parking easier, the XLE includes Front and Rear Parking Assist, which can warn you when it detects objects behind or in front of your Prius. It can even apply the brakes automatically if necessary to prevent a collision.

3. Limited

The Limited includes XLE equipment, then takes luxury to the max with added features like a fixed glass roof, 8-speaker JBL Premium Audio, and a larger 12.3-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen. Its front seats are heated and ventilated for year-round comfort, and its driver’s seat includes a 2-position memory function, so you can press a button to restore your ideal driving position after it’s been adjusted.

You can also open the power liftback with the press of a button, making it easier than ever to take things in and out of your cargo area. With the Limited’s Digital Key capability, you can even use your smartphone as a virtual key fob while your Remote Connect subscription is active.
