The 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander is the three-row SUV that treats your whole family to a luxurious ride, with seating for up to seven, premium seating materials, and plenty of standard tech features. 1. XLE

The XLE is powered by a 2.4-liter turbo engine that produces 265 horsepower and 310 lb.-ft. of torque, controlled by an 8-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is available for improved traction. The XLE’s exterior features 18-inch silver-painted alloy wheels and silver-painted roof rails. Inside, choose from standard second-row captain’s chairs or an available bench seat, with seating for 7 or 8 passengers. The seats are trimmed in SofTex, and first-row seats are heated.

The XLE includes convenience features like a Smart Key System, so you can leave your key in your purse or pocket when you unlock your doors and start the engine. The Toyota Audio Multimedia system features a 12.3-inch display and integrates with your smartphone using wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. 2. Limited

The Limited adds to XLE features, with upgrades like 20-inch silver-painted alloy wheels, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and an 11-speaker JBL Premium Audio system. Inside, ambient lighting creates a welcoming atmosphere, while leather-trimmed heated and ventilated first-row seats and heated second-row captain’s chairs keep passengers comfortable. And you can easily return the driver’s seat to your favorite position with the included driver’s seat memory function.

For convenient hands-free access to the cargo area, the Limited’s power liftgate is foot activated. And with Front and Rear Parking Assist with Automatic Braking, you can see warnings when there are obstacles or vehicles in your path. This system can also apply the brakes if a collision with one of those obstacles is predicted.

3. Platinum

The Platinum includes Limited features but comes with standard all-wheel drive and Multi-Terrain Select with Mud & Sand, Rock & Dirt, and Normal modes for better control over varying terrain. This trim is only available with second-row captain’s chairs, which are both heated and ventilated. And an included panoramic moonroof lets everyone enjoy the sunshine or the night sky.
